The research relevance is predetermined by the need to study key fundamentals of energy security system at international and national levels. Among urgent issues caused challenges threats modern life, primarily due full-scale invasion aggression Russia against Ukraine, provision security, principles, legal, organisational, other foundations, implementation mechanisms, corresponding guarantees are singled out. purpose carry out a general theoretical comprehensive analysis principles ensuring their typology, justification for modernisation. uses complex scientific methods: epistemological, phenomenological, statistical, modeling forecasting, formal-legal, comparative-legal, historical-legal, etc., as well an anthropological approach. comprehensively highlights essence features taking into account interdisciplinary, cross-industry nature process security.
